Swiss Adona is a company incorporated under Swiss law and registered in the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
Regulatory status
Swiss Adona has applied for a FINMA asset manager licence under the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FinIA / LEFin). Approval is pending. Once licensed, all discretionary mandates will be governed by Swiss law and subject to FINMA supervision and annual external audit.

Segregated accounts
Client capital is held in segregated accounts at a regulated Swiss partner bank in the client's own name. Swiss Adona never holds client funds directly.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this website or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, and governed by Swiss law.
